Job summary

KBR in Australia is seeking an experienced Integrated Logistics Support (ILS) Manager to play a key role in supporting the JNT09141 COMSEC Modernisation Program and associated acquisition projects.

Reporting to the Program and Acquisition Project Managers, you will deliver ILS expertise, develop plans and documentation, and coordinate stakeholders across Defence, industry partners and engineering teams to ensure a smooth transition into service.

Qualifications

• Proven experience leading ILS in Defence or complex engineering environments.
• Ability to develop and manage Defence ILS documentation and artefacts.
• Excellent written communication for senior stakeholders and Government submissions.

Responsibilities

• Lead ILS activities across multiple programs and working groups.
• Develop, review and maintain ILS documentation (ILSP, ILSI, PSA, CEMI, PCA).
• Coordinate stakeholder engagement across Defence, project teams, sustainment organisations, and industry partners.
• Lead document endorsement processes and approvals.
• Support transition plans and sustainment strategies for operational environments.
• Identify training requirements and support capability uplift activities.
• Maintain ILS artefacts after system changes and updates.
• Contribute to project management, engineering management and risk management activities.
• Provide regular reporting on progress, risks, issues and outcomes.
