A national ICT services firm is seeking Defence Capability & Logistics Documentation Specialists to support ICT capability sustainment and logistics governance in Canberra. The role requires expertise in documentation, collaboration with Defence System Managers, and an understanding of Defence logistics frameworks. Ideal candidates will have experience in Defence environments, strong technical writing skills, and the ability to ensure compliance with Defence standards.

Qualifications

• Experience supporting Defence ICT or capability sustainment environments.
• Strong documentation and technical writing capability aligned to Defence standards.
• Understanding of Defence logistics governance and sustainment frameworks.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain documentation and process artefacts for ICT delivery assurance.
• Produce operational and technical documentation aligned with Defence standards.
• Maintain sustainment master records lists and support sound records management.
