Job summary

KBR in Canberra is seeking a Supply Chain Management Officer to join the Defence ICT asset management team. You will manage codification, cataloguing, tracking and disposal of Defence ICT assets, ensuring accurate inventory across TAMIT and ERP systems.

The role requires NV1 Defence Security Clearance and experience with Defence ICT environments. You will coordinate warehousing, shipping and asset movements with Defence customers, driving continuous improvement in logistics and sustainment

Qualifications

• Defence-recognised Supply Chain Management qualifications.
• Experience using ERP and TAMIT or similar asset-management tools.
• Strong organisational skills with ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Proven ability to build effective relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
• Current NV1 Defence Security Clearance.

Responsibilities

• Manage codification, cataloguing, tracking, and disposal of Defence ICT assets (hardware and software).
• Maintain inventory accuracy across Defence asset management systems (TAMIT and ERP).
• Conduct periodic asset reconciliations against CMDB.
• Support routine maintenance activities for Defence ICT assets.
• Coordinate Electrical Integrity Testing (EIT) schedules and asset tagging.
• Update CMDB and asset management systems with accurate records and reporting.
• Generate certificates and documentation for disposed assets.
• Coordinate warehousing, packaging, transport and distribution of ICT equipment.
• Support movement of critical ICT equipment to Defence establishments and exercises.
• Collaborate with Defence customers to support new capabilities entering service and sustainment.
• Contribute to continuous improvement in logistics, asset management and outcomes.
