Job summary

Saab Australia is seeking a Stores & Logistics Officer to support delivery of critical defence projects by managing inventory, warehousing and transport activities. You will work across established and future programs to ensure effective storage, movement and maintenance of equipment in a dynamic environment.

Key duties include ERP forecasting and reporting, stock control, PHST handling, and safe operation of forklifts.

Qualifications

• Experience using ERP systems for inventory and logistics management.
• Forklift licence and ability to operate material handling equipment safely.
• Strong understanding of WHS requirements and quality assurance processes.

Responsibilities

• Manage receipt, storage, handling and dispatch of inventory including PHST requirements.
• Coordinate inventory, warehousing and transport activities across programs.
• Support Project Managers in delivery of contracted logistic services.
• Interface with Defence for ERP management and logistics coordination.
• Utilise ERP systems for forecasting, reporting and stock control.
