- Grow and shape Defence Digital Engineering practice in Australia.
- Develop trusted relationships across Defence, industry and government.
- Identify, qualify and pursue new business opportunities.
- Lead strategic client conversations and develop consulting-led solutions.
- Build and mentor high-performing teams across engineering, digital and defence disciplines.
- Partner with Engineering, Cloud, Security, AI and Technology practices to deliver outcomes.
- Support major Defence pursuits, proposals and business development activities.
