Job summary

Serco Group is seeking a Dentist at Robertson Health Centre in Holtze to deliver a full range of dental services for Defence members in a primary healthcare setting. The role offers non-Medicare billing, longer appointments, dedicated admin time, relocation support, and a civilian pathway with CPD leave.

You will work Monday to Friday in a multidisciplinary team, with opportunities for learning and career progression within Defence medicine and on-base healthcare.

Qualifications

• Registered dentist with AHPRA in Australia.
• Minimum two years’ post-graduate clinical experience within last five years.
• Strong clinical capability across general dentistry procedures.
• Current First Aid (HLTAID011) and CPR (HLTAID009).
• Australian citizenship required for baseline security clearance.
• Commitment to CPD and patient-centred care.

Responsibilities

• Deliver clinical dental services to Defence members.
• Provide general dental care including examinations, diagnosis, treatment planning and preventative care.
• Undertake restorations, extractions, root canal treatments and minor oral surgery.
• Promote oral health through education and ongoing care.
• Use dental imaging to support decision-making and planning.
• Maintain accurate clinical records using Defence eHealth systems.
