Serco is seeking a Dentist for Robertson Health Centre, Holtze (Darwin area), to join a multidisciplinary team delivering high-quality oral healthcare to Defence members in a primary care setting with no Medicare billing. The role supports a day-shift schedule, with relocation assistance and paid CPD leave to support ongoing professional development.

As part of a civilian intake, you will provide comprehensive general dental care, maintain records in Defence eHealth systems and collaborate

Qualifications

• Current unconditional and unrestricted registration as a Dentist with AHPRA.
• Minimum two years’ full-time post graduate clinical experience, with recent practice within the last five years.
• Strong clinical capability across a broad range of general dentistry procedures.
• Current First Aid (HLTAID011) and CPR (HLTAID009) certification.
• Australian Citizenship required for baseline security clearance.
• Commitment to CPD and ethical, patient-centred care.

Responsabilités

• Deliver clinical dental services to Defence members.
• Provide a full range of general dental care including examinations, diagnosis, treatment planning and preventative care.
• Undertake procedures such as restorations, extractions, root canal treatments, periodontal care and minor oral surgery.
• Promote and maintain oral health through patient education, preventative strategies and ongoing care.
• Use diagnostic tools including dental imaging to support clinical decision-making and treatment planning.
• Maintain accurate clinical records using Defence eHealth systems and ensure compliance with governance frameworks.
• Work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary healthcare team to support optimal patient outcomes.
