Job summary

Icon Group is seeking a Project Coordinator to support delivery of a $40m Defence project in Bandiana, NSW. The role focuses on coordinating activities, maintaining documentation, and aligning key stakeholders to ensure timely project progress.

Ideal candidates will have construction coordination experience on large projects, strong organisational skills, and proficiency with MS Office and project systems. Aboriginal, Torres Strait Islanders and Veterans are encouraged to apply.

Qualifications

• Previous Project Coordinator or Project Engineering experience within construction on projects upwards of $20m.
• Relevant tertiary qualifications asserted.
• Strong organisational and time-management capabilities are essential.
• Proficiency across Microsoft Office and construction/project systems is required.

Responsibilities

• Support the day-to-day coordination and administration of project activities.
• Coordinate project documentation, registers, reporting and correspondence.
• Assist with procurement, subcontractor documentation and project requirements.
• Liaise with consultants, subcontractors, suppliers and internal stakeholders.
• Support project meetings, actions and follow-ups.
• Monitor project deliverables and assist in keeping key activities on track.
• Maintain accurate project records and documentation.
• Assist the project team with reporting and general project administration.
• Support compliance with project, client and Defence requirements.

The Opportunity

As Project Coordinator, you'll work closely with the wider project team to support the successful delivery of a $40m Defence project.

You'll play an important role in keeping project activities coordinated, documentation up to date and key stakeholders aligned throughout delivery.

This would suit someone with construction industry experience who is highly organised, proactive and comfortable working across multiple priorities in a fast-paced project environment.

Key responsibilities

About you

We're looking for someone who brings
