Qualifications

• 4+ years’ Contract Administration experience within construction.
• Experience on medium to large-scale construction projects.
• Strong commercial and contractual knowledge.
• Experience managing variations, claims and subcontractor packages.
• Defence project experience is highly regarded but not essential.

Responsibilities

• Administer construction contracts across the Defence project.
• Manage variations, claims and contractual compliance.
• Prepare and assess progress claims and payment certificates.
• Work with the project team on commercial matters.
• Monitor subcontractor performance and obligations.
• Maintain accurate commercial and contract documentation.
