Job summary

Enerven Energy Infrastructure Pty is seeking a Construction Site Administrator to support a major defence infrastructure project in Australia. You will work closely with Project Managers, Engineers and site teams to coordinate documentation, logistics and day-to-day administration on site.

The role is offered as a 12-month term contract. Ideal applicants are highly organised, able to manage multiple priorities, with a Certificate III in Business and a current driver’s licence.

Qualifications

• Experience supporting construction, engineering or project teams in busy environments.
• Excellent organisation and ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Attention to detail and high-quality work.
• Comfort with using systems to keep projects organised.
• Strong teamwork and communication.
• Certificate III in Business would be an advantage.
• Current driver’s licence is essential.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate project documentation, reporting and record management.
• Manage site administration, access requirements and stakeholder communications.
• Arrange travel, accommodation and site logistics for project teams.
• Support procurement activities and coordinate site resources and PPE.
• Maintain project data and provide administrative support to keep construction moving efficiently.
