Qualifications

• Experience in a supervisory cleaning or facilities role.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• High attention to detail and standards.
• Competency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
• National Police Check and Defence Security Clearance eligibility.
• Australian Citizenship is a mandatory requirement for this position.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate daily cleaning and housekeeping services.
• Manage scheduled and reactive cleaning requirements.
• Develop and maintain staff rosters.
• Ensure compliance with HSEQ and safety standards.
• Maintain high cleaning and hygiene standards.
• Support laundry, linen, and accommodation services as required.
• Provide excellent customer service and stakeholder engagement.
• Complete reporting, audits, and stock control activities.
