Job summary

Compass Group Australia is seeking dedicated Cleaners to join our ESS team supporting the Australian Defence Force at Canungra. The role involves maintaining a clean, safe environment across offices, accommodation facilities and ablutions, with a focus on reliability and high service standards.

Full-time and casual positions available. You will work as part of a team, follow site procedures, and may require police checks and Defence clearance.

Qualifications

• Previous cleaning, housekeeping or facilities experience.
• Strong focus on safety and teamwork.
• Good communication skills and reliability.
• Flexibility to work across various shifts.
• Ability to obtain and maintain a National Police Check and Defence clearance.
• Australian Citizenship is a mandatory requirement for this position.
