Job summary

Compass Group Pty Limited is seeking an Accommodation Receptionist to join our team at the Defence site, RAAF Base Wagga, NSW. You will welcome Defence members and guests, manage bookings, check-ins/check-outs, answer calls and emails, and maintain accommodation records with attention to detail.

This full-time role runs Monday to Friday, 8:00am–4:00pm, offering training, development opportunities and a supportive work environment within a Defence setting.

Qualifications

Previous reception, administration or customer service experience.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Good computer skills, including Microsoft Office.
Excellent attention to detail.
Ability to work independently and manage competing priorities.
Professional and friendly approach. Driver's licence preferred.

Responsibilities

Welcoming Defence members and guests at reception.
Managing bookings, enquiries, check-ins and check-outs.
Answering phone calls and responding to emails.
Conducting room inspections and maintaining standards.
Issuing and auditing accommodation keys.
Maintaining records and supporting the accommodation team.
