Job summary

Visy is seeking a Decorator Operator to maintain and operate the Can Decorator, producing high‑quality packaging. You will maximise equipment reliability, minimise downtime and support safety and quality standards on a 12‑hour rotating roster.

The role involves operating plant machinery, performing preventive and reactive maintenance, diagnosing faults and collaborating with production teams to boost efficiency and reduce disruptions.

Qualifications

• Printing Trade/Printing Qualification is required.
• Experience in FMCG manufacturing environment preferred.
• Commitment to safety and continuous improvement.
• Proactive attitude and willingness to learn.
• Forklift license is desirable.

About The Opportunity

As a Decorator Operator, you will be responsible for maintaining and operating the Can Decorator to produce high-quality product, maximise reliability, minimise downtime and support quality and safety standards.

• Rotating Shift: 12-hour shifts on a 3-week rotating roster (5.5-day week)
