Mount St Benedict College in Pennant Hills, Sydney, seeks a Dean of Pedagogy & Learning to provide strategic and operational leadership of teaching, learning and curriculum. Reporting to the Deputy Principal and joining the College Leadership Team, the appointee will shape a renewed framework that links educational research with classroom practice.

Qualificações

• Executive or school leadership experience
• Expertise in research-informed pedagogy and girls’ education
• Ability to lead whole-College pedagogical change
• Coaching Heads of Department and teachers
• Managing curriculum operations and academic budgets
• Strong communication and relationship skills

Responsabilidades

• Provide strategic and operational leadership of teaching, learning and curriculum
• Engage staff in a shared approach to pedagogical improvement
• Strengthen assessment and feedback systems
• Use student progress data to evaluate impact
• Communicate the College’s educational direction to staff, students and families
