Job summary

UTS College in Sydney seeks a Dean to lead its Education portfolio, reporting to the CEO and serving on the Executive Team. The role focuses on quality education delivery, innovation, and strong student experience across Australia and global partnerships.

The Dean will shape strategy, manage international and domestic programs, and engage with university stakeholders and partners while guiding academic excellence and workforce outcomes in a rapidly evolving education landscape.

Qualifications

• Extensive senior experience within higher education.
• Proven track record in educational leadership across international and domestic environments.
• Demonstrated ability to lead design, development and execution of high‑quality programs.
• Strong people leadership and management skills.
• Strong commercial acumen and ability to collaborate with executives.

Responsibilities

• Lead the Education portfolio at UTS College.
• Contribute to organisation-wide strategy as a member of the Executive Team.
• Ensure the College remains competitive, innovative and responsive to market trends.
• Oversee quality assurance across the College, including transnational education delivery.
• Lead student experience and student support initiatives.
• Develop and maintain relationships with senior stakeholders and international partners.
• Act as the academic face of the College to internal and external audiences.
• Support delivery of the College’s 2030 Strategy.
