UTS College in Sydney seeks a dynamic Dean to lead the Education portfolio and report to the Chief Executive Officer. The Dean will shape strategic direction, drive innovation in learning and teaching, and ensure high quality across programs and student services.

The role requires extensive senior experience in higher education, strong people leadership, and the ability to collaborate with Executives and partners overseas to advance the College’s 2030 Strategy and global footprint.

Formación

• Extensive senior experience within higher education.
• Proven track record in educational leadership across international and domestic environments.

Responsabilidades

• Lead innovation and continuous improvement in learning and teaching, quality assurance, student experience and student support.
• Oversee the Education portfolio and its delivery, including TNE.
• Build and maintain relationships with key senior stakeholders within UTS and partners overseas.
• Act as the academic face of the College and articulate its model and outcomes to internal and external audiences.
• Lead a strong Education leadership team and drive the 2030 Strategy to life.
