• Strong core experience in transaction services; may have external audit, corporate finance or valuations background.
• Experience with market-leading private equity, corporate and infrastructure clients.

• Lead and deliver complex, commercially focused financial due diligence for major transactions.
• Oversee buy-side and sell-side engagements; analyse performance, value drivers and risks.
• Act as trusted advisor to senior executives; translate analysis into actionable recommendations.
