Job summary

PwC Australia is seeking a Deals Transaction Services Manager or Senior Manager to lead financial due diligence on deals, working with private equity, infrastructure funds and leading corporates in Perth’s markets.

You’ll analyse earnings quality, cash flow and value drivers, deliver clear recommendations to boards and senior executives, and coach junior team members while applying AI and data analytics to enhance delivery.

Qualifications

• Strong experience in transaction services or financial due diligence.
• Experience with private equity, corporate, infrastructure or resources clients on complex transactions.
• Ability to lead engagements and manage priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Commercial acumen and curiosity linking financial analysis to market trends.
• Willingness to apply AI, data analytics and emerging technologies to improve client delivery.

Responsibilities

• Lead buy-side and sell-side financial due diligence engagements across sectors, with focus on Perth’s markets.
• Analyse earnings quality, cash flow, working capital and risk to inform decisions.
• Deliver commercially focused insights and recommendations to boards and executives.
• Build trusted relationships with clients, advisers and management teams.
• Develop client objectives and market dynamics to identify value creation opportunities.
• Apply AI and data analytics to enhance analysis and delivery.
• Manage engagement economics, scope, timelines and risk while maintaining quality.
• Lead and develop junior team members in a collaborative environment.
• Work with PwC specialists to deliver integrated advice through the deal lifecycle.
• Contribute to growth and strategy of Perth Transaction Services through business development.
