Job summary

PwC Australia is seeking a Transaction Services Manager/Senior Manager to lead financial due diligence on deals and deliver actionable insights for private equity, infrastructure funds and corporates. You’ll drive commercial recommendations with a strong transaction services background and digital fluency.

You’ll work with experienced dealmakers and client stakeholders, shaping the Perth practice, guiding teams, and applying AI and analytics to deliver smarter, high-impact work across the deals

Qualifications

• Experience in transaction services or financial due diligence with audit/valuation exposure.
• Experience with private equity, infrastructure, or resources clients is a plus.
• Ability to lead engagements and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong financial analysis skills and understanding of earnings, cash flow and working capital.

Responsibilities

• Lead buy-side and sell-side financial due diligence engagements across sectors, including Perth's resources and corporate markets.
• Analyse earnings quality, cash flow, working capital, value drivers and risks to inform decisions.
• Deliver commercially focused insights and clear recommendations to boards and executives.
• Build trusted client relationships with equity investors, corporates and advisers.
• Develop understanding of client objectives and market dynamics to identify value opportunities.
• Apply AI and data analytics to enhance analysis and delivery.
• Manage engagement scope, budgets, timelines and risk while ensuring high-quality output.
• Coach junior team members and foster an inclusive, high-performing culture.
• Collaborate with PwC specialists to deliver integrated deal advice across the lifecycle.
• Contribute to growth of the Perth Transaction Services practice through business activity and initiative.
