Job summary

ZEEKR seeks a Dealer Operations Manager in Sydney to drive dealer onboarding, oversee in-store journey enhancements, and coordinate quarterly DP meetings and annual dealer conferences. You will manage dealer personnel qualifications, store materials lifecycle, and the installation of charging piles across dealer locations, ensuring alignment with the premium brand and luxury retail standards.

Proven experience in automotive industry or retail management is a must.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills across departments and dealer teams.

Responsibilities

Drive the new dealer onboarding approval process and coordinate cross-functional teams for performance assessments.
Continuously optimize the in-store customer journey and align audit scoring across departments to reflect a premium brand experience.
Plan and execute quarterly Dealer Principal meetings and the annual dealer conference from agenda to presentations.
Oversee qualification reviews and interview management for dealer personnel such as Dealers Principals, Sales Managers, and Marketing Managers.
Own dealer store materials lifecycle, including merchandising displays, inventory, and uniform distribution.
Manage end-to-end planning and installation of ZEEKR-supported charging piles at dealer locations with quality checks.
