Job summary

ZEEKR is seeking a dealer operations leader in Sydney to drive onboarding approvals, coordinate cross-functional teams, and manage dealer performance during launch readiness. The role focuses on delivering a premium customer journey and strong dealer partnerships across the ZEEKR brand network.

Responsibilities include planning quarterly meetings, overseeing personnel interviews, and managing store materials and charging infrastructure installations to uphold brand standards.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in automotive industry or retail management.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills and ability to align information across internal departments.
• Experience planning and executing conferences is a strong plus.

Responsibilities

• Drive dealer onboarding approval process with cross-functional teams.
• Continuously optimize the in-store journey to elevate customer experience and ensure premium brand consistency.
• Plan and execute quarterly Dealer Principal meetings and annual dealer conference.
• Oversee qualification reviews and interview management for Dealer Principals, Sales Managers, and Marketing Managers.
• Manage dealer store materials lifecycle, merchandising displays, and uniform provisioning.
• Coordinate end-to-end charging pile installations at dealer stores with technical teams and vendors.
