Job summary

Zeekr Sydney City is seeking a Sales Consultant to lead exceptional EV customer experiences in Sydney. You will greet customers, explain features and technology, assess needs, and guide them toward the best electric vehicle options.

You’ll schedule test drives, assist with financing, stay up to date on EV trends, and contribute to a vibrant, team‑driven culture with ongoing training and exclusive staff discounts.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1-2 years of automotive sales experience is required.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and customer service skills.
• Passion for sustainability and electric vehicles.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
• Applicants must have full working rights in Australia (no restrictions).

Responsibilities

• Greet and engage prospective customers in a friendly and professional manner.
• Understand and effectively communicate the benefits, features, and technology of various electric vehicle models.
• Conduct needs assessments and recommend appropriate EV options.
• Stay current on EV trends, incentives, charging infrastructure, and industry developments.
• Schedule and accompany customers on test drives, ensuring safety and providing vehicle insights.
• Assist customers with financing, leasing, and insurance options.
• Follow up with leads and maintain relationships to ensure customer satisfaction and generate repeat business.
• Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
• Input customer information and interactions accurately into the CRM system.
• Participate in dealership events, training sessions, and product launches.
• Your role does not restrict to the above responsibilities, time to time your direct manager will assign task other than the above duties.
