Job summary

ZEEKR is seeking a Dealer Operations Manager in Sydney to lead dealer onboarding, store experience optimization, and major dealer events. You will coordinate cross-functional teams to ensure readiness for market launch and uphold premium brand standards.

Responsibilities include managing interviews for principal roles, overseeing store materials and visual merchandising, and arranging charging-pile installations at dealer sites. Strong communication across departments is essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Business Management or related field.
• Experience in automotive or retail management is preferred.
• Proven ability to plan and execute conferences.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with cross-functional collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Drive the new dealer onboarding approvals through internal review workflows and cross-functional coordination.
• Continuously optimize the in-store customer journey and refine the Brand Operation Checklist audit framework.
• Lead quarterly Dealer Principal meetings and the annual dealer conference from agenda to execution.
• Oversee qualification reviews and structured interviews for Dealer Principals and Sales/Marketing Managers.
• Manage dealer store materials lifecycle, displays, and uniforms to maintain premium brand visuals.
• Coordinate charging-pile installations at dealer locations, including scheduling and handover inspections.
