Job summary

AirTrunk is seeking a DCS/BMS Service Engineer to maintain and optimise Niagara-based control systems across multiple sites in Australia. You will work with the DCS Regional Manager and the Technical Operations team to ensure high reliability, perform root-cause analysis, and lead small improvement projects for system performance.

Ideal candidates bring 3+ years in Niagara control systems, plus familiarity with HVAC, UPS, and automation protocols.

Qualifications

• 3+ years experience with Tridium Niagara based control systems (maintenance, programming, integration).
• Awareness of critical data centre infrastructure and control strategies.
• Knowledge of HVAC, electrical, UPS and automation protocols (BACnet, Modbus, DNP3).
• Strong ability to read drawings and implement PLC/DDC logic.

Responsibilities

• Maintain DCS and CMS across multiple sites, including backups and firmware updates.
• Perform system optimization and energy efficiency initiatives; provide data-driven insights.
• Handle incident management, root cause analysis, and level 1–3 technical support.
• Collaborate with site operations to ensure smooth maintenance and change management.
