Job summary

Officeworks is launching its largest Distribution Centre in Redbank, Queensland. We’re seeking DC Team Leaders to guide Coordinators and Team Members across Fulfillment, Receiving, Despatch and Replenishment, driving safety, productivity and inventory integrity in a state-of-the-art site.

You’ll report to the DC Operations Manager, lead shift teams, and champion a safety-first, high-performing culture while delivering excellent service and customer outcomes.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years' experience in a Warehouse, Logistics or Operational Leadership role.
• Experience leading teams in a fast-paced distribution, warehouse or supply chain environment.
• Experience in Fulfillment, Receiving, Despatch, Replenishment/Put Away, or Continuous Improvement.
• Knowledge of warehouse operations, inventory management and operational planning.
• Strong understanding of workplace health and safety practices and Chain of Responsibility requirements.
• Excellent communication, stakeholder management and influencing skills.

Responsibilities

• Drive day/afternoon shift leadership across one operational area (Fulfillment, Receiving, Despatch or Replenishment/Put Away).
• Champion safety, service, productivity, inventory accuracy and people performance.
• Build a high-performing team culture and contribute to the site’s success.
• Ensure customers receive the right products at the right time while maintaining a safe workplace.
• Oversee operations to achieve safety, service, productivity and quality targets.
• Lead continuous improvement initiatives and data-driven decision making.
