Job summary

Super Retail Group, Brendale Distribution Centre, is seeking two DC Team Managers to lead an AM shift from 5:30 am to 2:30 pm, Monday to Friday. You will drive operational excellence, manage labour planning, and uphold safety and team engagement in a fast-paced distribution environment.

The role focuses on delivering accurate service and timely performance, with a hands-on leadership approach to front-line teams and a strong emphasis on continuous improvement and clear communication.

• Strong planning and organisational skills to manage daily/weekly team tasks.
