Qualifications

• Qualified Chef with Cert III in Commercial Cookery and proven cafe/restaurant experience.
• Thrives under pressure when breakfast and lunch rushes are on.
• Strong knowledge of food hygiene and kitchen safety standards.
• Excellent communication and teamwork with zero ego.

Responsibilities

• Run the Line: handle fast-paced breakfast and lunch with style and speed.
• Own the Plate: deliver precise, boldly flavoured dishes with great presentation.
• Kitchen Mastery: keep station clean, manage FIFO, reduce waste, uphold safety standards.
• Set the Energy: work closely with kitchen and front-of-house teams to maintain high energy.
