Job summary

Magnisol, part of Group Elephant, is expanding and seeking Implementation Consultants for Dayforce Workforce Management (Time & Attendance, Scheduling, Entitlements, & Pay Policies) across Australia.

You will collaborate with clients to understand and document business requirements, including Australian Awards and enterprise agreements, and lead the configuration for complex operations (multi-site, shift-based, remote).

Qualifications

• Experience with Dayforce Workforce Management (Time & Attendance, Scheduling, Entitlements, Pay Policies).
• End-to-end implementation experience.
• Strong understanding of compliance frameworks.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with clients to document business requirements, including Australian Awards and enterprise agreements.
• Lead configuration and delivery of Dayforce Workforce Management for complex operations (multi-site, shift-based, remote).
• Support readiness, data validation, and Go Live activities.
