Job summary

Absolute Payroll is seeking a Dayforce Configuration Consultant to own the Dayforce platform end-to-end for a large blue-collar workforce governed by multiple EBAs. You will configure scheduling, rostering, time & attendance and pay rules while collaborating with Payroll, HR and operations to minimize disruption and ensure accurate payroll processing.

This in-house, senior role offers a substantial compensation package and a hybrid work arrangement from Sydney Parramatta, with 2 days WFH.

Qualifications

• Experience configuring Dayforce for large workforces with EBAs or payroll rules.
• Strong collaboration with payroll, HR and operations to minimize disruption.
• Ability to translate business requirements into Dayforce configurations and pay rules.
