Job summary

Alxemy Business Solutions Ltd is seeking a Senior Business Analyst with strong Dayforce experience to support a range of Dayforce project activities and new capability implementations. The role is based initially on client site in the northern suburbs of Sydney for 9–12 months with potential for extension or permanency.

You will translate business needs into functional requirements, support solution delivery, and ensure alignment with governance and operational standards.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years proven experience as a Business Analyst in HRIS/payroll/workforce management implementations.
• Strong Dayforce experience and ability to translate business needs into functional requirements.
• Experience facilitating client-facing workshops and documenting requirements.
• Experience with data extraction, cleansing, reconciliation and validation.
• Experience in testing, change control and project documentation management.

Responsibilities

• Support Dayforce project activities and new capability implementations.
• Lead requirements gathering, workshops, process mapping and functional specs.
• Translate requirements into clear functional specifications and solution recommendations.
• Review configuration changes for alignment with requirements and governance.
• Maintain project documentation, process maps and governance artefacts.
• Analyse and cleanse complex data sets for data migration and accuracy.
• Support testing, UAT, defect management and BAU handover.
• Provide PMO support with plans, RAID logs and status reports.
• Build relationships with client stakeholders and manage communications on project status.
