Job summary

St John Ambulance Victoria is seeking a Dayforce Application Analyst on a fixed-term basis. You will configure, optimise and troubleshoot Dayforce HRIS, Payroll and Workforce Management, acting as the system expert and supporting users across HR, Payroll and IT teams.

The role focuses on delivering improvements, rolling out new functionality and ensuring the platform scales with the organisation. You will work from our Notting Hill headquarters, with a focus on system integrity, testing,

Qualifications

• Relevant IT, business or related qualifications, or equivalent industry experience.
• Proven experience supporting and optimising Dayforce across Payroll, Workforce Management and HR modules (min 2 years).
• Strong system administration and configuration within enterprise HCM platforms.
• Ability to troubleshoot, identify root causes and support integrations.
• Experience with system testing, QA and maintaining documentation.
• Exposure to implementations, upgrades and continuous improvement projects.

Responsibilities

• Configure, optimise and troubleshoot Dayforce HRIS, Payroll and Workforce Management.
• Provide ongoing user support and act as system expert.
• Collaborate with HR, Payroll and IT to deliver improvements.
