Job summary

seek.com.au is seeking motivated Pick Packers to join our day shift team at our Moorebank distribution facility. This fast-paced role involves hand picking stock within very narrow warehouse aisles on a 7:30am–3:30pm schedule, Monday to Friday, with no forklift licence required to start.

You'll work as part of a large team, aiming to meet clear daily targets, using RF scanners to process picks and maintain high accuracy.

Qualifications

• Experience in pick packing or warehousing is advantageous.
• No forklift licence required to commence.
• Reliable and capable of working in a KPI-driven environment.

Responsibilities

• Hand pick customer and store orders within very narrow warehouse aisles
• Accurately locate and pick stock against orders
• Work towards daily picking targets and KPIs
• Use RF scanners and warehouse systems to process picks
• Complete manual handling tasks up to 20 kg
• Maintain picking accuracy while working at pace
