Job summary

Randstad is seeking energetic pick packers for a fast-paced automotive distribution centre in Moorebank. You will accurately select, pack, and dispatch automotive parts and accessories, working in two shift options.

Requirements include Full Australian Working Rights and prior warehouse pick/pack experience. RF scanners and basic WMS knowledge are expected; physical fitness for 15–20 kg handling is required. Equal opportunity employer.

We are seeking energetic and reliable Pick Packers to join our fast-paced automotive distribution centre in Moorebank. You will be responsible for accurately selecting, packing, and dispatching automotive parts and accessories.

Industry: Automotive Logistics

Key Responsibilities

• Picking & Packing: Accurately picking automotive orders using RF scanners.


• Packing & Labeling: Securely packing items (from small components to larger accessories) to prevent damage in transit.


• Inbound & Outbound: Assisting with goods receiving, sorting stock, and preparing pallets for daily dealership dispatch.


• Quality Control: Checking part numbers and quantities to maintain 100% stock accuracy.

Requirements

• Full Australian Working Rights (Citizen, or full-time work visa required).


• Prior experience in a warehouse pick/pack environment (Automotive experience is a bonus).


• Proficiency with RF Scanners and basic WMS processes.


• Physical fitness for walking, bending, and manual handling up to 15–20kg.

Shift Options

• Shift 1: 6:00 AM – 2:00 PM (Monday – Friday)


• Shift 2: 10:00 AM – 6:00 PM (Monday – Friday)
