Job summary

InfraBuild Mesh, a 2026 AFR BOSS Best Places to Work and Sustainability Champion, is seeking a Day Shift Operations Lead at our Mayfield campus. You will drive safety, quality and efficiency across reinforcement mesh production, leading a large manufacturing team and ensuring DIFOT outcomes.

You will oversee workforce planning, training and performance management, partner with maintenance and despatch, and maintain accurate production records using SAP.

Qualifications

• Lead day shift production activities to achieve safety, quality, productivity and customer service targets.
• Drive a proactive safety culture through audits, housekeeping standards and procedures.
• Manage workforce planning, leave, training and performance to optimise team capability.
• Monitor production performance, inventory and scrap to maximise efficiency and minimise waste.
• Coordinate with maintenance, planning and despatch to meet on-time customer delivery.
• Maintain production, payroll and training records using SAP.
• Identify and implement continuous improvement initiatives to enhance operational performance.
