Job summary

Sharp and Carter is seeking an experienced Operations Supervisor for Day Shift at a South Sydney FMCG facility. You’ll lead a team on a 4-on/4-off roster in a 24/7 manufacturing environment, focusing on safety, quality and performance on the floor.

You’ll report to the Shift Operations Manager and mentor other supervisors, with a hands-on, people-first leadership style and good fitness due to on-floor coaching and mobility requirements.

Qualifications

• Proven experience supervising or leading teams in manufacturing or FMCG.
• Strong people leadership, coaching and prioritisation skills.
• Experience working in a unionised environment.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team of associates on the floor, coaching and problem-solving in real time.
• Drive performance, safety and product quality on the line.
• Report to the Shift Operations Manager and manage a 4-on/4-off roster in a 24/7 environment.
