Qualifications

• You are an Allied Health professional with leadership and service development experience.
• You will drive quality improvement and growth of Day Program/outpatient services.
• You will collaborate with multi-disciplinary teams to achieve patient outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate daily operations of the Day Program and outpatient services.
• Lead multidisciplinary allied health Day Program/Outpatient/NDIS teams.
• Deliver high-quality evidence-based clinical care.
• Drive continuous quality improvement initiatives.
• Monitor clinical outcomes and program performance.
• Develop innovative rehabilitation programs and community services.
• Build referral pathways with GPs and specialists.
• Drive marketing and service promotion activities.
• Support rostering and resource allocation.
• Support accreditation and NSQHS/NDIS requirements.
