Job summary

NSW Department of Communities and Justice in Cooma and Nowra is seeking a Services and Programs Team Leader to coordinate accredited rehabilitation programs across correctional centres and community locations. You will supervise Services & Programs Officers and ensure delivery meets safety, ethics and professional standards.

This ongoing full-time role offers leadership development, impact on community safety and opportunities to build program management skills within a dedicated team.

Qualifications

• Relevant tertiary qualifications in social work, psychology, mental health, or a related human services field.
• Certificate IV in Correctional Practice or ability to obtain within required timeframes.
• Current driver's licence and willingness to travel NSW-wide.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and deliver accredited programs and services across correctional centres and community locations.
• Provide day‑to‑day guidance and supervision to Services & Programs Officers.
• Ensure programs are delivered safely, ethically and to professional standards.
