Job summary

AllCare in Merrylands, NSW, is seeking a high-energy, people-facing Day Program Support Worker to help deliver engaging activities for participants with disability. You will create a welcoming, safe environment and contribute to meaningful daily experiences.

Join a team that values lively engagement, collaboration, and ongoing training in group facilitation, behaviour support, and inclusive practice. A Driver Licence and First Aid are desirable, with weekday hours on offer.

Qualifications

• Cert III/IV in Disability, Aged Care, or a related field.
• 6+ months experience in a Day Program or group-based disability setting.
• Driver Licence and reliable, insured vehicle.
• NDIS Worker Screening, First Aid (if stated).

• Actively engaging participants in group activities, programs, and community outings.
• Bringing enthusiasm, creativity, and positivity into the day program.
• Encouraging social interaction, confidence, and independence.
• Supporting behaviour support strategies in a calm, proactive way.

• Have 6+ months experience or a Cert III/IV in Disability, Aged Care, or a related field


• Driver Licence and reliable, insured vehicle


• Have NDIS Worker Screening, First Aid
