Job summary

NALHN invites applications for a Senior Occupational Therapist to lead NDIS case coordination within Modbury Hospital's Aged Care, Rehabilitation and Palliative Care division. You will manage a complex caseload, provide clinical leadership to a multidisciplinary team and drive service improvements in line with NDIS standards.

Qualifications

• AHPRA registration as an Occupational Therapist with senior-level clinical experience.
• Solid knowledge of the NDIS funding frameworks, categories, and participant planning processes.
• Proven ability to manage a complex caseload autonomously while contributing to a team environment.
• Experience in functional capacity assessment and the preparation of detailed NDIS-related reports.
• Effective communication with participants, families and external service providers.
• Current driver’s licence and willingness to travel within the northern Adelaide metro region.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate high-quality occupational therapy assessment and intervention for NDIS participants.
• Liaise with NDIS planners, community providers and multidisciplinary colleagues to optimise participant outcomes.
• Provide clinical supervision and mentorship to junior OT staff and students within NALHN.
• Contribute to service improvement initiatives aligned with NDIS practice standards and SA Health policy frameworks.
