Victorian Department of Health is seeking a Data Warehouse Developer to design, develop, automate and support ETL and data processing across SQL Server, Azure and Databricks. You will onboard new datasets, create derived data assets and improve operational resilience of data pipelines.
The role requires experience with MS SQL Server, T-SQL and Azure data products, plus the ability to document data models and technical specs. Flexible work arrangements are available.
The Data Warehouse Developer is located within the Centre for Victorian Data Linkage, Victoria's specialist data linkage agency. CVDL acquires, integrates and links administrative and clinical datasets for policy development and research purposes. The role designs, develops, automates and supports data integration, data warehouse and analytical data processing solutions across Microsoft SQL Server, Azure and Databricks platforms. This includes the technical design, development, implementation, monitoring and maintenance of complex ETL and data transformation processes, onboarding new datasets, developing derived and value-added data assets, and improving the operational resilience of data processing frameworks.
