Job summary

DSV Solutions in Australia is seeking a Data Engineer for the Engineering Analytic Hub in Len Waters Estate, Aviation Road. You will own data processing workflows and translate raw data into actionable insights for warehouse operations.

Ideal candidate has 5+ years in data processing and analysis, strong Excel with PowerQuery/PowerPivot, and excellent English. This role offers international exposure and a collaborative hub environment.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Statistics & Mathematics, Computer Sciences, Business Analytics, or Business Administration (Postgraduate degree an advantage).
5+ years of professional experience in data processing and data analysis, preferably in logistics or supply chain.
Strong analytical capabilities; Excel (Pivot, PowerQuery, PowerPivot, VBA) mastery.

Responsibilities

Master data mapping and linkage between multiple data types in a warehousing environment.
Execute end-to-end data processing workflows from collection to final analysis.
Identify data variances and clean data sets with operation owners.
Build data structures and models; create output templates for requester needs.
Recalculate pre-work operational resource models (FTEs, MHE, space) as volumes shift.
Provide high-level, actionable insights and data storytelling for stakeholders.
Maintain data integrity while adhering to safety, OHS, and sustainability standards.
