Job summary

Charter Diligence is seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead technology and data initiatives within a broader Data Program. You will coordinate multidisciplinary teams, manage scope, schedule, budget and risks, and ensure business readiness and transition activities where needed.

The role requires building strong senior stakeholder relationships, delivering progress updates and guiding governance across multiple projects in a NSW public sector context. Hybrid work is available.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated experience delivering complex IT/data projects in governance-heavy environments.
• Strong end-to-end project management across planning, delivery and implementation.
• Ability to manage budgets, resources and schedules with clear reporting.

Responsibilities

• Lead the planning and delivery of concurrent technology and data projects.
• Establish project plans, milestones and resource requirements.
• Coordinate internal teams, technical specialists and external suppliers.
• Track budgets, forecasts and delivery performance against targets.
• Maintain governance, reporting and decision-making processes.
• Develop mitigation strategies and manage risks, issues and changes.
