Job summary

Douglass Hanly Moir Pathology in Macquarie Park, NSW is seeking a proactive Database Officer to join our Database department. You will perform data entry for the Surgical Skin Audit and work closely with surgeries and Area Managers to configure doctors and clients within our internal computer systems.

The role emphasizes strong communication, problem-solving, and a willingness to learn new computer skills. Training will be provided in a supportive environment, with regular hours Monday to Friday.

Qualifications

• Experience with Microsoft Office applications such as Outlook, Excel and Word.
• Experience with medical terminology.
• Experience in medical centre administration/reception.
• Familiarity with Apollo LIS or similar internal systems.

Responsibilities

• Data Entry for Surgical Skin Audit.
• Liaise with surgeries and Area Managers to set up and customise doctors and clients in internal systems.
• Investigate and resolve client issues.
• Monitor system printers and assist in resolving issues.
