Job summary

You will support the Operations Manager, help improve workflows, and contribute to a safe, inclusive and high-performing workplace while handling sensitive data with care.

Qualifications

• Relevant qualifications and experience aligned with position requirements.
• Customer service experience desirable.
• Knowledge of data privacy and security frameworks, including overarching legal frameworks.
• Experience working with data sharing arrangements.

Responsibilities

• Manage relationships with agencies, customers and data-related contracts.
• Review and respond to audit requests accurately and within required timeframes.
• Communicate with customers and stakeholders, resolve issues and escalate when needed.
• Support the Operations Manager and contribute ideas to improve ways of working.
