Qualifications

• Proven ability to deliver AI or ML solutions from inception to production and monitoring.
• Strong hands-on expertise in machine learning, generative AI or agentic AI.
• Programming skills in Python and SQL.

Responsibilities

• Lead AI initiatives end to end from problem definition to production deployment and monitoring.
• Set the technical direction and stay current with tools.
• Translate complex commercial and markets problems into scalable ML/agentic AI solutions.
• Establish modelling, validation, governance and monitoring practices to meet risk requirements.
• Partner with business, engineering, risk and governance teams, and external tech partners to ensure safe outcomes.
• Develop data scientists and graduates through coaching and leadership.
• Drive integration between AI delivery, engineering, and business processes.
• Influence senior stakeholders by tying technical decisions to commercial value and outcomes.
• Design delivery patterns where none exist yet and ensure commercial viability.
