Job summary

Guide Dogs NSW/ACT in Saint Leonards, VIC is seeking a Data and Reporting Coordinator to join our Marketing team on a full‑time, permanent basis. You will manage data, reporting and campaign processes across Salesforce and related platforms to support fundraising and marketing operations.

You will ensure data integrity, produce regular dashboards, and collaborate with stakeholders to interpret data requirements and drive informed decisions that maximise impact for people with low vision and

Qualifications

• Experience with data imports, validation and reconciliation.
• Strong data literacy with large datasets.
• Basic understanding of Python.
• Advanced Excel skills including formulas, lookups, pivots.
• Experience using CRM systems, preferably Salesforce.
• Working knowledge of SQL for data extraction.
• Attention to detail and data integrity.
• Organisational skills and ability to manage competing priorities.
• Strong communication and stakeholder engagement; Power BI or marketing automation is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Prepare, validate, cleanse and reconcile data for import into Salesforce and other platforms.
• Support campaign setup, structure maintenance and data administration.
• Monitor and maintain data quality, resolving discrepancies and duplicates.
• Produce and distribute regular fundraising and campaign reports and dashboards.
• Support data analysis by identifying trends and insights within campaign data.
• Collaborate with fundraising, marketing and external stakeholders on data needs.
• Maintain documentation and follow data governance procedures.
• Contribute to continuous improvement to enhance data quality and reporting capability.
