Job summary

Symbion, part of EBOS Group, is seeking a Data Officer to join the National Deals team in Australia. You will maintain accuracy and quality of high-volume data supporting pricing, contracts, promotions and product management across ERP systems.

You will apply strong attention to detail, analytical thinking and process improvement to ensure data integrity and timely lead times, collaborating with stakeholders and adhering to SOPs and ISO requirements.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in data entry, administration, or a similar high-volume processing environment.
• Strong attention to detail with the ability to deliver accurate work under tight deadlines.
• Analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to assess and interpret data effectively.
• Strong organisational skills with the ability to prioritise competing tasks and manage workload efficiently.
• Intermediate Microsoft Excel and Word skills, along with confidence learning new systems and processes.
• Collaborative, resilient, and team-oriented approach with the ability to remain focused in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Accurately process high-volume maintenance requests across contracts, promotions, pricing, and product records within published lead times.
• Review, validate, and quality-check data to ensure accuracy before and after entry into ERP systems.
• Maintain exceptional data quality standards, achieving and sustaining 99% accuracy across all assigned work.
• Identify, investigate, and resolve data issues to minimise errors and ensure data integrity.
• Support continuous improvement initiatives, reporting activities, and business projects that enhance team efficiency.
• Work collaboratively with internal stakeholders while adhering to SOPs, Service Level Agreements, ISO requirements, and company policies.
