Job summary

Department of Health in Victoria is seeking a Project Officer for Evidence Outcomes & Info System to support data-driven reporting and performance oversight of mental health services. You will design and deliver data reports, dashboards and policy-focused briefs, coordinating across teams to ensure timely, accurate insights.

In this role you will gather, analyse and present data, support guideline development, and help communicate complex information to stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Tertiary qualification in a quantitative discipline (or extensive equivalent work experience) is essential.
• Health administration, public policy, data analytics or related field would be desirable.
• Demonstrated experience in analysing complex datasets and data-driven insights would be advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Design, plan, coordinate and deliver reports and data-related projects.
• Liaise with stakeholders and manage multiple priorities.
• Provide administrative and analytical support through data collection and analysis, maintaining up-to-date dashboards.
• Prepare correspondence and documents on complex issues that impact programs or the organization.
