Job summary

Department of Health Victoria in Melbourne is seeking a Project Officer for Evidence Outcomes & Info System. The role provides project, policy and administrative support with a focus on data to strengthen performance oversight of mental health and wellbeing services.

You will design, plan and deliver data-driven reports and dashboards, liaise with stakeholders and contribute to guideline and policy development within the Performance Reporting and Business Intelligence team.

Qualifications

• Supports projects with a focus on data to inform continuous clinical improvement of the mental health and wellbeing sector
• Supports the development of guidelines and policy formation
• Prepares presentations, reports, briefs and correspondence on complex issues that impact at program or organisational level
• Develops and implements operational communication and consultation strategies on specific projects
• Manages, interprets and analyses data to support performance oversight of Victorian Government funded mental health and wellbeing services
• Works collaboratively and assists the flow of information across the branch and department where required.

Responsibilities

• Design, plan, coordinate and deliver reports and data-related projects.
• Manage multiple priorities and liaise with stakeholders as part of performing these duties.
• Provide administrative and analytical support through collecting and analysing data, maintaining up to date data dashboards and preparing correspondence and documents.
